    A basic motel room at a basic tariff. Clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff.

    Great place to rendevous with friends. Great beds. Really good reverse cycle air-conditioning. Great location near Lake Forbes.

    Location is convenient. All tge essentials are provided. And cheap too. Overall good experience.

    Nice lake and surrounding parks and walk ways in town. Free RV camping at one end.

    My daughter and I had an emergency 'late check in' unplanned stop here on 4 Aug 17. The new owner was wonderful (even 'found' us some toiletries !) Then in the morning the man in the office even reversed our large trailor out for us (we were new to travelling with a loaded trailor !!) Very friendly and welcoming... definately recommend to all...
