Very clean and spacious! Great price and open 27/7! If after normal business hours just press the button and staff will find you a room. Large showers, kettle, toaster and fridge provided.

The owners are very flexible and friendly. Was good for a one night stay with me and my big family. Air con in our rooms and other necessary items to use is all there. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this motel to anyone for a one night stay or a couple.

Sheets dirty pillows you could see the dirty matks well used mattress stains so bad they had turned yellow.

The Indian Restaurant in Adrian is excellent food and great take away

To much road noise from the road trains on the highway.

And then there is the train that comes through about 4:15am. Shocking night sleep wise.
