  It was very cold in there, when I was looking for assistance there was noone to be found. As I went through the checkout, the girl was polite n smiled. However she had not even given me my change and had started to serve the man behind me....

  Always greeted with a smile but the service is hopeless. Purchased 19 sheets of flooring with the promise that they would get more in. Went in a week later to find that no more sheets were on order because the guy that orders them refused to place an order. Thats okay because my house can just sit there and wait until hell freezes before they get there act together and keep THEIR promise. Oh and the idiot I spoke to said he would ring me back on the Monday. He also said, " I will ring you back because if I say I will ring you back I will because that is what I do" He did not ring me back. Also ordered a kitchen and was advised that someone would ring me and talk to me about the bench top. Not heard a thing from them either. What a bunch of useless Richards.

  Staff are always helpful especially for a first time handyman like me and there is always an option for ones budget in the tools

  Biggest complaint is pricing. How can they charge anywhere up to 30% more than the larger city stores do.

  Customer service is less than great. 9/10 you have to go searching for help. And 10/10 you get someone who doesn't care.
